What are the shipping costs?

The easiest way to estimate your postage is:

1. Go to www.rawpowerseeds.com
2. Add the items you would like to order to the shopping cart.
3. When you have completed your selection, go to the shopping cart.
4. Under "Discount Codes" you will find "Estimated Shipping Costs and Taxes."
5. Enter your location to get the estimated shipping costs.
6. Click "Get a Quote" — your correct delivery price will be displayed.

What if the package is returned?

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to a problem that is not our fault (for example, if you were not at home and / or did not pick up your package, or the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete) you will have to pay to resend it. If you decide not to pay for the resend and wish to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price, but not the shipping costs.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to all European countries including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland & the UK.

How long is delivery for international orders?

It takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the country. We usually ship everything the same working day after receiving your order. Delivery time depends on the distance from the Netherlands. In some cases (e.g. Switzerland) it also depends on how quickly customs process your order.

International duties

Any customs duty or VAT affecting the package is the responsibility of the customer.

Your right of return

We understand that sometimes things don't go the way they should. We are happy to accept your return if it meets these criteria:

• All ordered products are in new and sealed condition.
• The return contains an indication of why it is being returned (we appreciate your feedback).
• The return is received at our warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return. All returned products that meet our criteria will be refunded in full — minus the shipping fee — within 10 working days. Please note there may be a 24–36 hour processing delay due to your card issuing bank.
